Nudging you to... write? reflect? walk? notice? flow?
The first paragraph is taken from an advertisement, but I’ve deleted a few words to make it a little more punchy. (The app looks quite promising, but sometimes I feel I need an actual android – a walking robot I mean – to give me a piggy back to the nearest green space, plonk me down, hold my hand while I walk, and carry me home when I get tired.)
